Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship on weekends and US federal holidays.

If your order contains pre-order items, the whole shipment will be held until all products are in stock. You will receive an email notification once your package departs our warehouse.

2. Shipping Delivery Time

We only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

    Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed, delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total weight of your order.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over a certain threshold (amount shown at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your shipment status anytime via the tracking link provided.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s official website.

5. Address Modification

Kindly double-check your shipping address before completing payment.

If you need to adjust your address before shipment, contact us immediately via ardenly@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot revise addresses once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages marked as undeliverable, abandoned, or returned to sender due to incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to receive will be held by our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for a reshipping fee if you still want the order resent. If you request a full refund instead, original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your package is marked delivered but you have not received it.

For items damaged in transit, please provide clear photos of the broken goods and original packaging when reaching out to us, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund after verification.
